Fruit Galettes

And I proceeded to bake my first pastry, ever.  I adventurously chose Fruit Galettes. It took me almost 7 hours. My roommate woke up to a note Iā€™d deliriously written at 3 AM making some terrible Harry Potter joke about house elves.
