A Grilled Cheese of Manliness

My most recent purchase was an Italian cheese called L’ottavio, otherwise known as beer cheese. I repeat: beer cheese.

Fresh Snaps

I made more Poptarts, but this time I went rogue and used homemade apricot jam from my pal @winklebeebee instead of the strawberry paste in the recipe. Also, I still have a full jar of these homemade sprinkles after two batches 😂. I should've cut TH

And with that, the gochujang sauce is all finished! Bibimbap two meals in a row! 😬😬👍🏻👍🏻 Definitely making another batch of that sauce (a yummy mix of gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, water and toasted sesame seeds).

What a fun little Sunday afternoon: some food, human interaction 😂, and a lot of smiles. A welcomed breather during these very heavy weeks/months.

I attended an online cooking class by my friend @seasoned.cook and here are some things I learned:

We were missing our gelato fix and glad to see that @gelataiosancarlos was open for pick-up pints! Definitely wish it was compete with wafer cookie and a little drizzle from the chocolate fountain, but this is still a delicious compromise!
